Who we are:

Leonardo, a Lululemon ambassador, is a Miami-based wellness advocate and community builder dedicated to helping others unlock their potential. With a comprehensive understanding of practices like yoga, meditation, sound therapy, breathwork, and ice bath coaching, Leonardo empowers individuals to embark on transformative journeys toward physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Laura Luque: Holistic and Integrative Doctor, multi-instrumentalist, and Sound Healer. With a background spanning conventional medicine to alternative medicine, she has dedicated much of her life to understanding human physiology and the origins of diseases. Now, she explores the powerful effects of sound, vibration, and frequencies on mental health, consciousness, and disease prevention. Laura supports those who wish to begin their healing journey in all aspects of life, providing holistic guidance and tools for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Yule Nunez: Entrepreneur, Meditation Teacher, Yoga Instructor, and Meditative Sound Creator. With a strong background in meditation and energy healing, Yule combines her intuitive experience with formal training to help people find presence and tranquility. Through her melodies and vibrations, Yule facilitates the release and recalibration of the body and mind, offering a path toward deep healing.

What to Expect :

🌿 Gentle Restorative Yoga by leom: Immerse yourself in a series of deeply relaxing and supported yoga postures, designed to release tension and restore your body's natural balance. You will be guided through gentle movements and soothing breathwork, allowing you to find a state of complete relaxation.

🎶 Sound Journey shavasana by Laule: As you surrender into your final pose Shavasana, let the enchanting sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments wash over you. The melodic vibrations will lull you into a state of tranquility, clearing your mind and creating space for inner healing.

No prior yoga experience is necessary – this event is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Please bring your own yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. Limited spaces are available to ensure an intimate and nurturing atmosphere.
