Step into stillness and let your body fully exhale. This 90-minute class offers a gentle, all-levels experience designed to soothe the nervous system and invite deep rest. Together, we’ll explore 6–9 restorative postures, each supported with props and held for 5–20 minutes, allowing the body to release tension without effort or strain.
The session concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation—a practice often called “yogic sleep”—that brings the mind into profound relaxation while the body rests comfortably.
No experience with yoga, meditation, or flexibility is required. From absolute beginners to longtime practitioners, this class is for anyone longing for quiet, calm, and renewal. All you need is curiosity and the willingness to rest.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Yoga bolster (a firm pillow works)
• Comfortable, layered clothing (the body cools as it relaxes)
• Water bottle (complimentary water available on site)
• Optional but encouraged: yoga blocks and blanket for further support.
