Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, & Yoga Nidra Specialty Event�is Back!Relax, Restore, Reconnect
Join Syl for a calming 90-minute candlelit evening at the 4.all.yoga studio. This specialty event is designed to help you relax deeply, release tension, and reconnect with your inner self.
We will begin with a simple breathwork technique to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and prepare you for total relaxation. From there, you’ll transition into a restorative yoga practice, where gentle, supported postures are held for extended periods. The use of props helps facilitate deep release and surrender, allowing your body to fully unwind.
The evening will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, also known as yogic sleep. This meditation technique guides you into a profound state of relaxation through visualization and calming imagery. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, recharged, and deeply connected to your mind, body, and inner wisdom.
No previous experience is needed—this event is open to all who seek healing and the beauty of simply being still. The hardest part is showing up!

All equipment, including yoga mats, is provided at no additional cost, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
