Make your Monday MAGICAL! ✨On the 2nd Monday of each month from 7 PM to 8 PM with Gina L. Buse, RYT-200 and Licensed Psychologist.
RELAX. REFRESH. RENEW. RESET. 🧘
Practice the art of stillness to restore and calm the body, breath, and mind. Props are used to support the body to aid in conscious relaxation. Poses are held for up to 20 minutes to allow renewal, repair, restoration, and letting go.
Gina L. Buse integrates her yoga training with her psychology expertise to lead clients into deep conscious relaxation with her profound love for Restorative Yoga. Her passion lies in the heart of the meditative and passive, yet powerful, practice of pause and stillness in Restorative Yoga, which she often refers to as guided time snuggling with pillows and blankets. She loves to guide clients into the sacred pause and journey inward to stoke the light and release the mental fluctuations to simply be and soak in the relaxation experience. 🕉️
All levels are welcome! Dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel.
The class is limited to 10 participants and registration is required.
Friends of the Gardens Members can enjoy these classes for $10.00 per class and Non-Friends Members are $15.00 per class.
