Settle into deep relaxation with this restful practice that blends gentle movement, restorative yoga postures, and guided meditation. Supported by props like blankets and bolsters, you will ease into stillness, allowing your body to rest and your mind to unwind. Jennifer Rose will then guide you through a soothing Yoga Nidra meditation experience to help reset your nervous system so that you can rest more deeply.

Offered during the sacred season of Good Friday, Easter, and Passover, this class is a space for reflection, renewal, and deep restoration. Just as these traditions honor themes of release, rebirth, and liberation, this practice invites you to surrender, soften, and create space for transformation.
