Experience the transformative power of sound in our candlelight Sound Healing Meditation + Restorative Yoga Class!Join Natalia, a certified sound practitioner, and GloriAnna, a certified yoga instructor, for a 90-minute journey into deep relaxation and self-discovery.
You'll be guided through restorative poses using blocks, bolsters, and blankets, while immersed in the soothing tones of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments. This fusion promotes physical, mental, and emotional release and renewal.
Class is practiced entirely on the floor, with each pose held for about 10 minutes.
