Restorative Yoga & Sound Journey
About this Event
Unwind and relax at Restorative Yoga & Sound Journey, guided by Kristina and Melinda, the co-founders of Morphos Haven. This deeply nourishing practice invites you to melt into stillness with gentle restorative poses supported by props, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to release tension.
As you rest, soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments will wash over you, promoting energetic balance and emotional clarity. This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those who feel stressed, fatigued, or in need of grounding.
Together, we create a sacred space for deep rest, inner healing, and connection to self. Let this be your weekly ritual of renewal — a chance to slow down, soften, and return home to your heart.
Our space is softly carpeted to support your body in comfort and stillness, creating the perfect foundation for restorative movement and deep healing.
Eight spots are available per class. Please register at least 1 hour prior.
Directions to Room 313, Creative Healers
For Elevator Access:
- Park in the rear lot accessed via Adams St.
- Follow red and white signs from Church St. or Main St.
- Park near the circle drive (beyond the tennis courts), if available
- Use Door 17 — gray double doors with a ramp to the right of the circle drive
- Elevator is immediately on the left upon entry
- Take the elevator to the 3rd floor
- Exit and stay to the left — the room is on the left
- Look for the 'Creative Healers' sign (white with black writing)
- Please remove your shoes and place them on the mat provided before entering
For Stair Access:
- Park out front on Church St.
- Enter through the main entrance
- Turn right, go through the double grey doors
- Take the stairs to the 3rd floor
- Take the hallway to the left — Room 313, 'Creative Healers' (a white sign with black writing) is at the end on the right
- Please remove your shoes and place them on the mat provided before entering
