Sink into the softness of restorative yoga with Tiffany, allowing your body to be fully supported and held in gentle, nourishing poses.
As you rest, Reiki Masters Linda and Maryann will quietly share healing Reiki energy throughout the practice, offering subtle yet powerful support for calming the nervous system and restoring energetic balance. Their presence enhances the experience of deep rest, inviting the body and mind to settle into a state of relaxation and renewal.
This workshop focuses on resetting the nervous system after the busyness of your daily life, helping to release stress, quiet the mind, and fill your tank. There is no effort required , simply breathe and be open to receive.
All props are provided to build a comfortable position for every body. You are welcome to bring a favorite blanket, cozy blanket, or pillow from home- anything to help you feel supported.
