This Valentine's week special event invites you to slow down, soften, and experience love in its most sustainable form, care for yourself.
This deeply nourishing evening blends restorative yoga with live violin music by Heather Ell, creating an immersive environment where sound and stillness work together to calm the nervous system and open space for emotional release.
You’ll be supported in long-held, fully propped restorative postures that encourage the body to rest deeply while the mind gently unwinds. The live violin offers more than ambiance, its vibrations support relaxation, heart-centered awareness, and a sense of being held, allowing you to receive without effort.
This practice is not about doing or achieving. It’s about allowing the body to soften, the breath to slow, and the heart to feel supported. During a week often focused on outward expressions of love, this class invites you to turn inward and reconnect with yourself through rest, sound, and presence.
Come solo, with a friend, or with a partner. Leave feeling grounded, open, and gently reconnected to your heart.

We’re so excited to have you join us for our upcoming events, workshops, and ticketed experiences! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below:
-Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.
-Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice. A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858. This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.
-Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.
-No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.
