Restorativa yoga & Cello soundbath

Unwind with Restorative Yoga followed by a Cello Soundbath.

The range of the Cello is akin to the human voice, and can creates a sense of grounding, warm immersive sound in which you are held in deep relaxation and meditation. The Cello's sound can cause swells of emotion, which you are safe to release through tears if they come.

This in-person event is all about letting go, relaxing your body, and rejuvenating your mind. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come experience the warm vibes and deep relaxation. Bring your mat, pillow, blanket and eyemask/pillow if you wish. Free parking.
