Restorative Yoga & Acupuncture

Fall is the season of the Lungs in Traditional Chinese Medicine. A time to slow down, breathe deeply, and let go of what no longer serves us.
The Lung channel plays an important role in our immune defenses, breathing, and the circulation of Qi throughout the body. As we transition into the cooler months, supporting Lung energy becomes especially important.
The Lungs are also connected to the emotions of grief and sadness. Just as the trees release their leaves, fall reminds us to release what we no longer need and make room for something new.
When Lung Qi becomes imbalanced, we may experience shallow breathing, fatigue, allergies, or a sense of emotional heaviness.
Join us for a restorative yoga and acupuncture session designed to open the chest, encourage the flow of Qi, release tension, and create space for a deeper, fuller breath.
Breathe deeply. Let go. Restore balance.
Led by Tairi Grace, LCSW, 500RYT & Amy Yehoshua, Licensed Acupuncturist and Masters of Oriental Medicine.
