Join us under the radiant glow of the Harvest Moon for a deeply nourishing evening of Restorative Yoga and a guided Yoga Nidra. This special outdoor class at Basil Place invites you to slow down, let go, restore and reconnect with the calming rhythms of nature.
We’ll begin with gentle, supported restorative poses to release tension and soothe the nervous system. As the moon rises, you'll be led through a Yoga Nidra practice— a meditative journey into deep rest, clarity, and conscious relaxation.
