Join us for a wonderful afternoon of Restorative Yoga and Sound Bathing on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 2 to 5 pm! You will participate in six to eight poses during this three-hour class, and your body will be 100% supported, allowing the muscles to release and stretch. Accompanied by the Sound Bath and Reiki, your mind, body, and spirit are in for a self-care treat. No prior yoga experience is needed.Time for sharing and a cup of tea is offered at the end of class. Limited to seven participants. Must pre-register at 234-249-1601 by Friday, May 15. Investment in your well-being is $55.
