Join us for a rejuvenating workshop combining the gentle practice of restorative yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. In this soothing session, you'll experience deep relaxation as Luisa guide you through restorative yoga poses supported by props, allowing your body to release tension and stress.
As you settle into each pose, Luisa a certified Reiki practitioner, will provide hands-on or distance healing, channeling positive energy to help balance your chakras and promote overall well-being.
Whether you're new to yoga or Reiki, this workshop offers a serene space for healing and renewal.
The event will close with the sounds of Luisa’s Quartz, crystal, singing bowls
All levels are welcome.
