Join us for an afternoon of restorative yin and restorative yoga in the beautiful Mongolian yurt, followed by the grounding warmth of a wood-fired sauna and an invigorating cold plunge in the bath tub, or if you are feeling brave, the natural river.
We’ll close by gathering around the fire, sipping a rich, heart-opening cacao elixir, and soaking in the stillness of the forest. 🌲💫
