Restorative yoga relaxes and heals the body and mind. Franessa will lead you through a 75 minute restorative series of poses that allow you to surrender your body onto supportive blankets, bolsters and other props. Soft music will accompany this practice. During your practice, full body breath will stimulate relaxation and muscular tension will soften.This workshop will be held in person. We have blankets, bolsters and blocks in the studio. If you would like to bring additional items such as pillows please feel free!
Yoga students of all ages and levels welcome!
Capacity limited to 15 students.

Option to purchase personal eye pillow for $20 day of workshop.
