Restorative Sound Bath (Sunday, December 13, 2026)
An immersive group sound experience to help you take a pause and settle into stillness. In this 60-minute session, you'll be guided through a meditation, sound journey, and slow re-integration designed to support deep relaxation and to begin the week feeling grounded and renewed.

**WHAT TO BRING**
Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow are provided. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring anything else that will make you feel comfortable (i.e., your own yoga mat, eye mask, extra blankets, pillows).
**ARRIVE EARLY**
Doors open at 6:15pm. Please arrive by then to give yourself time to settle into your chosen space. To respect participants, the sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30pm.
**PARKING**
Street parking is available. Arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to park.
