Restorative Sound bath

Finding ways to be still and quiet our minds may be challenging. A sound bath can be an easy introduction to meditation as the vibrations provide an opportunity for the body to relax and allow the mind to calm. Singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other instruments are used to create vibrations that affect the energy within the body. The relaxing environment allows participants to rest and restore their connection to themselves.

Come join us as we take time to rest, release, and reset.

*Please bring a yoga mat and any other items to get comfortable.
