1 Day Women's Yoga & Wellness Retreat

Join us for a day where serenity meets sisterhood exclusively for women yearning for a pause from life's demands. This gathering is an invitation to immerse yourself in a deeply nurturing healing experience.

We'll begin our day with play - an invitation for participants to trust, relax, & explore their creativity with a bit of improvisation. In our women's circle, you'll be guided to set your intentions, explore what liberation feels like in your body mind and spirit through gentle yoga asana practice, ancestral healing, group akashic reading, sound healing and a ritual to seal in your practice to carry your intentions back out into the world.

This one day retreat is designed to spark personal liberation, build community connection and support you on your path to healing. We invite you to join us for a day of fun, personal freedom, relaxation, and the rediscovery of joy.

At the beginning of our program we will review our community agreements. If you'd like to review them in advance, you can review them here.

Physical, Vibrational and Emotional Self Care Guide

Johanna is the founder of Luna Serenity, a wellness company that offers a range of services with the intent of helping you find your way back to self love. The intent of Luna Serenity is to help you reconnect with yourself through yoga, vibrational sound therapy, and different energy healing modalities.

All of Luna Serenity offerings touch on the physical, vibrational and emotional aspects of yourself. The physical practice is a chance to explore connection to yourself, the vibrational level is a way for you to connect to your emotions and move energy in the body and the emotional level allows you to explore growth. Johanna also offers a variety of annual retreats, The Luna Goddess Weekend Retreat, the Sacred Self Love 4 Day Retreat and The Fall Equinox Empowerment Retreat in Tulum Mexico happening this September 2024.

She is a first generation daughter of immigrant parents from Ecuador and Nicaragua. As a mother of two, her path to self discovery was set in motion more than 13 years ago. Her practices have formed the foundation of reconnecting and reclaiming her ancestral roots.

Johanna is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga teacher with specializations in Prenatal and Fertility Yoga. She's completed Meditation Teacher trainings, and is a Certified Usui Reiki Master, Crystalline Consciousness Technique (Level 2) practitioner and has also completed several Sound Healing Trainings over the past 5 years.
