Restorative Sound Bath

Join us for a restorative sound bath experience designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and nervous system care. Our session will run for about an hour and begin with grounding practices, intention setting, and relaxation techniques before transitioning into the sound bath experience using a variety of therapeutic instruments. We close with a brief reflection and discussion to help ease back into the present moment.

What to bring:

-Water

-Comfortable clothing

-Yoga mat

-Blanket or small pillow

-Anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported

-Journal for reflection

About the Facilitator:

Hi I'm Mayra! I’m a clinically trained social worker with a passion for creating spaces where people feel connected — both to themselves and to the community. As a Latina therapist, I’ve seen how important it is to cultivate spaces that feel safe, inclusive, and restorative. My work is rooted in bridging traditional mental health care with more holistic approaches to healing.

I created Restorative Resonance through both lived experience and professional practice. My connection to sound healing began during my own journey of emotional restoration, where sound baths became one of the few spaces I could truly slow down, feel grounded, and reconnect with myself.

Now, I offer sound baths as an extension of that experience — an invitation to rest, reconnect, and support your nervous system through intentional sound and stillness. These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with both mind and body, gently and at your own pace.
