Immerse yourself in a full body listening experience of sound healing in our Beautiful Nature Center. Starting with a few minutes of grounding & guided breath-work you are bathed in sounds by various instruments.
The hour-long sound bath features a combination of quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal triangle, wavemaker, rainmaker, hand pan, chimes, tribal seed shakers and more.
Sound baths are an ancient practice used for healing, relaxation, meditation and more. They’ve been proven to reduce anxiety, increase energy levels and promote healthy sleep patterns. It’s a simple process of lying down comfortably while listening to soothing sounds and vibrations penetrating the body!
The Goal of the experience is to invite deep rest, restoration and explore self-discovery.
What to bring: Yoga Mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, eye mask, water bottle or whatever helps you to feel comfortable and cozy.
(we do have extra mats and blankets if needed)
