George Williams is a local creative arts therapist and community arts facilitator playing the hang drum, which offers a gentle, resonant soundscape that supports QiGong practice beautifully by encouraging relaxed breathing, grounded movement, and present-moment awareness.
Its soothing tones help regulate energy flow, deepen embodiment, and create a calm, meditative atmosphere for both individual and group practice.
Klyti is an OpenSky Qigong Facilitator, practicing in Ballarat. Experiencing personal growth & transformation through this practice - especially around being a mother, releasing trauma, & relating to friends, family & colleagues in a meaningful & renewed way - Klyti continues to facilitate Qigong classes in Nature Settings, Online, and at Home.
Her greatest wish is to share the profound physical, emotional & spiritual benefits of this practice with you.
