Join me for a Restorative Somatic Yoga class that is perfect for beginners or those looking for a practice that is deeply relaxing and grounding at Within Yoga and Wellness.This class is perfect for new yogis or yogis who are looking to increase the flexibility in their body in a safe and easy way.
This is a slow paced class with slow, thoughtful movements, breath work and gentle stretching. Mats and props are provided.
Woven into this class is deep somatic wisdoms to help regulate the nervous system and facilitate a deeper embodiment process.
