Restorative Reset & Sound Healing

Restorative yoga is all about rest. This is a beginner friendly, gentle class, that can be adjusted for all body types. In our final meditation everyone will sound & energy healing for aura clearing.

All poses will be held 5-10 minutes using props and added support.

Jenn has over 13 years experience in physical therapy and combines body awareness cues and accommodations with all her yoga offerings. Come as you are.
