During Restorative Yoga class instructors will be coming around applying Reiki Energy Healing and Reflexology, we will be helping in transitioning you from one restorative position into the next, with a guided chakra meditation lead by Wisteria Dawn, from the beginning to the end of the class working through each of the 7 physical body chakras. 🙌: In addition instructors will be using chakra tuning forks and singing bowls to amplify your 90minutes of Restorative Reiki & Reflexology Infused Yoga Journey.
🙌 : We ask that you please bring to class:
water, yoga mat, a pillow and two small blankets.

$40 Donation / 90 minute class
