Restorative Leader 2 Day Camp
About this Event
Leave the conference room behind and join us for a unique two-day camp experience designed specifically for restorative practitioners, educators, administrators, circle keepers, and community leaders.
Restorative Leaders Camp combines professional learning, creativity, reflection, and community-building to help participants strengthen their restorative leadership while reconnecting with the purpose that brought them to this work.
Throughout the camp, participants will engage in hands-on activities, team-building experiences, restorative circles, and meaningful conversations with others who understand the challenges of doing restorative work in environments that are not always restorative. Participants will create their own talking piece or centerpiece, develop practical restorative tools and templates, and explore strategies for navigating resistance while maintaining a restorative mindset.
This experience is intentionally designed to model the power of belonging, connection, and community. Participants will have opportunities to share their stories, build relationships, learn from one another, and leave feeling refreshed, supported, and equipped with new ideas for their personal and professional practice.
Camp Includes:
- Interactive team-building activities
- Restorative circles and shared learning experiences
- Creation of a personal talking piece or centerpiece
- Practical restorative tools, templates, and resources
- Self-care, grounding, and reflection activities
- Networking with restorative practitioners and leaders
- Lunch provided both days
Whether you are leading restorative work in schools, organizations, or communities, this camp experience will help you strengthen your leadership, expand your toolbox, and return to your work with renewed energy and purpose.
