During this workshop, we will pay tribute to the indigenous roots of the restorative model, learn how it works to create safer, more connected communities, and understand how we can take these conversations into our own communities.Workshop lead by Rebecca Solomon, pronouns are she/her is a native Philadelphian with Russian ancestry. Recently graduated with MsED in education, and has been teaching at the elementary level for the last 12 years but has been working with and alongside marginalized communities and their families for over 20 years. She is in and out of the activism sphere for over 20 years in various capacities, co-led the restorative justice board at her school, and always looking for new ways to serve and to grow.
