Join Bethany for a Restorative Day retreat on Sunday January 19th from 8:00am-5:00pm at Mother Lion in Bay View! The day will include restorative yoga, meditation, pranayama, and ample time for rest and nourishment. The gorgeous, artistic design of Mother Lion is sure to inspire and rejuvenate the soul. There will be time in the day for soaking in the hot tub and steaming in the sauna. Light breakfast included. Full vegetarian hot lunch provided by Chef Sonja at Mahlzeit. More details on what to bring will be provided before the retreat.
