Throughout this primarily floor-based practice, you'll be gently guided through slow, accessible movement sequences designed to help you:

• Develop greater body awareness and presence
• Experience deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
• Practice non-verbal communication, agency, and consent
• Build trust through reciprocal touch and movement
• Foster meaningful connection with yourself and others
  

Central to the Restorative Contact pedagogy is the conceptualization of touching and being touched as a simultaneous, reciprocal exchange, promoting agency and consent literacy as essential elements of ethical and effective therapeutic touch.

Please note: This workshop is centered on therapeutic, consensual, and strictly non-sexual touch.

Whether you attend with a partner or come on your own, you'll be welcomed into a structured and supportive environment to explore the profound benefits of listening touch. Couples, friends, family members, and individuals are all welcome. Participants registering solo will be partnered with another attendee during the workshop.*

No prior experience is required.
