Please join us 1st and 3rd Wednesdays for a restorative contact session before Ministry of Movement's ecstatic dances. The goal will be to stay low and go slow, orient to self care and inner vision, to gravity and breath, and to proprioception and ease. With low ambition and sexuality in the background we are freed to be in a nourishing safe connection.
