This class is open to all levels. No experience necessary. Give yourselves the monthly luxury of visiting brain waves that don’t always get airtime and commit to keeping your path healthy. Bring a pillow and blanket.

If using a studio bolster, a towel or pillowcase to cover the bolster would be helpful.

About the Instructor:
Jacqui Bonwell was humbled into Yoga after over 2 decades in Social Work that ended in debilitating ulcers. She began “formal” Yoga training in 2004 through Open Doors, Weymouth eventually completing her 500hr Yoga Alliance (YA) Certification in 2012. Jacqui is the Director of the 200hr & 300hr Sacred Seeds Yoga Schools/Certifications, Owner of the Canton Yoga Shala in MA since 2011 and the mastermind behind the life changing course “The Apprenticeship” for Yoga teachers and students. Jacqui is a philanthropist. She has worked hard, along with her treasured Yoga team, to raise over $400,000, one downward dog at a time, for various different charities. She is the only 9 time New England (NE) presenter at Yoga Reaches Out/ Gillette Stadium annually and a regular guest faculty at The Kripalu Center for Healing in Lenox, MA. Jacqui does a ton of Motivational Speaking throughout various NE studios, corporate businesses, schools, etc. She regularly headlines and presents at several Yoga Festivals and is the co-Author of “Migrations: An Almanac for The Soul”, a contemplative book released in 2019. She brings humor, heart and soul into every crevice of her life. She has her FMS Certification, Balanced Athlete(™) Level 2 Certification as well as Yin Yoga & Meditation Certification. She is an E-RYT 500, a YACEP Cont. Ed. Provider for YA and a Reiki Master of the Usui lineage. While all of this has been tremendous study nothing has spiritually trained her better than Motherhood. Jacqui was once dubbed the “Spiritual Mother of New England.” She is a warrior, a leader, a force, a true Mama Bird to all and her classes will split you wide open.
