Start your week with intention and ease at our Restorative Chair Yoga classes led by instructor Terrill Martinez. Designed for all levels, these sessions focus on gentle stretching and mindful movement to help you relax, restore, and reconnect with your body.Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 AM throughout the month of May at AMSOC. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a slower-paced practice, this is a welcoming space to move at your own pace and feel supported.
Class fees are $50 MXN for AMSOC members and $100 MXN for non-members, with all proceeds supporting AMSOC. 🧘🏽♀️✨
