This restorative workshop uses the hammocks low to the ground, supporting the body and creating a sense of calm and relaxation. The hammock becomes a tool for release, allowing us to work deeper into postures while being fully supported, holding you in each shape.
Working with the breath, we’ll release tension in the legs, hips and back - areas that respond best to deep, unhurried movement. As the session deepens, we’ll come to our cocoon in the hammocks, before laying down for a floating yoga nidra.
Think low flow, wiggles to release and the most gorgeous relaxation cocooned in the hammocks. Relax, rest and enjoy the soothing vibes.
Perfect for beginners to aerial, there will be adaptations for everyone!
