This practice is a gentle form of yoga that combines traditional restorative yoga with an aerial hammock. This practice focuses on relaxation and healing by supporting the body in various poses, allowing gravity to help stretch and ease tension.
Our hammocks are thoughtfully positioned low to the ground, offering secure support allowing the assistance of gravity to help open and rejuvenate your body. As the hammock gently contours to your unique shape, you'll find alignment and experience a complete surrender, inviting tranquility and peace.
This calming class caters to all levels, welcoming both newcomers and beginners. Pre-Registration required as spots are limited.
