During this gentle practice you will hold resting poses for several minutes allowing the body to open slowly and naturally with little to no effort in an aerial silk; restoring energy to the body and calmness to the mind. Aerial yoga helps to develop, flexibility, postural alignment and relaxation. Throughout the yoga session, we'll do various yoga poses or aerial adaptations of traditional poses using a hammock of special soft, high density nylon material that supports your body.
