Welcome to Rested + Nested — a winter retreat for replenishing your energy, reconnecting with yourself, and remembering the abundance that already lives within you!
It's easy to live through winter like it's just something to get through. But with our Wisconsin Winter Retreat, you'll experience it as a season to rest, replenish, and reconnect with the abundance already within you.
Set in the cozy Wisconsin winter landscape, and less than an hour from Eau Claire, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, embrace your senses in this season, and create a little more warmth in your mind, body, and spirit. Think nourishing meals, cozy mornings, intentional movement, deep rest, creative experiences, winter wandering, and plenty of time to simply be.
Throughout the retreat, you'll be guided through thoughtfully curated yoga and wellness experiences with Habitual founder and yoga therapist Ariane Foster, alongside a few special guests. From energizing Vinyasa and restorative Yin to Ayurvedic living, seasonal crafts, guided reflection, and opportunities to explore the beauty of the Chippewa Valley, each experience is designed to help you reconnect with what you need most.
This isn't a retreat about doing more. It's about nesting and resting, just like mother earth shows us in this season. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the retreat house itself — soak in the hot tub, curl up by the fire, sip something warm, linger over meals, journal, read, laugh, or do absolutely nothing.
Designed for women, by woman, Rested + Nested is a space to pause, exhale, connect, and be cared for.
