Restart A Heart Day
About this Event
The session aims to raise awareness of how cardiac arrests can happen to anyone at any time, and increase the number of people trained in Cardiopulmonary Resucitation (CPR) and the use of automatic electronic defibrillators (AED). The session is being delivered by the East of England Ambulance Service/EEAST Heart. The session is 50 minutes long with a combination of presentation, demonstration and practice.
We are very grateful to the EEAS/EEAST Heart for running these session for free with the support of local paramedics and volunteer Community First Responders.
