In recognition of Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re creating space to rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself and other moms. Maternal mental health matters—around 1 in 5 women experience a mental health condition during pregnancy or in the first year postpartum. Come breathe, stretch, and be reminded that your wellbeing matters too. Bring your mat and your smile—we’d love to unwind with you.
