Reset, Release, Restore: Your Nervous System Reboot for the New Year - Transform Stress into Strength in 2026Have you ever noticed that when life feels stressful, your body shows it?
Your shoulders creep up.
Your chest feels tight.
Your breath gets short.
Your hips feel heavy or stuck.
Your body remembers stress - and holds on to it until it feels safe enough to let go.
In this 90-minute, gentle, interactive workshop, you’ll explore the deep connection between your body, mind, and emotions. You’ll learn how stress, worry, anger, and old emotions can get stored in your muscles and fascia (the connective tissue that supports your body - and how to safely release them.
Together, we’ll practice simple, yoga-friendly tools to help your nervous system feel calm and supported, so your body can finally let go.
What you’ll experience and learn:
• How your organs, emotions, and nervous system are connected - and how to listen to what your body is asking for.
• Gentle movement and myofascial release using soft balls and foam rollers.
• Easy breathing practices to calm your nervous system and help your body feel safe.
• Simple tapping and flowing movements you can use anytime you feel tense or overwhelmed.
As part of this workshop, you’ll also be introduced to a variety of homeopathic emotional release remedies - natural tools used to support temporary relief of stress-related symptoms and help quiet the "overthinking" mind so the body can do what it already knows how to do: release and renew. These remedies are shared as optional supports, alongside breath, movement, and awareness.
This is yoga for your whole self - not just stretching muscles, but supporting your nervous system, emotions, and energy.
You’ll leave feeling more open, grounded, and clear - with practical tools you can use on and off the mat to start the new year feeling lighter and more balanced.
All levels welcome. No experience needed. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring your curiosity.
