Rest, Reflect & Renew: A Gathering of Gratitude & IntentionCalling all who have attended our fitness classes, or supported us throughout the journey! Join us Friday, December 5 at 5:30 PM for an evening of community, reflection, and gratitude.
We’ll share a potluck dinner, enjoy guided grounding and breathwork, set intentions for the new year, and close with a moment of thanks for everyone attending.
This is a drug and alcohol free gathering. Refreshments will be provided.
Our gathering will take place in the boardroom upstairs at 129 Aberdeen Road, Suite 208, Bridgewater.
