Rest, Reconnect and Replenish: A Winter Gathering for Women and Unpaid Carers
‘What is life. A container for magic.' (Emma Talbot)
Inspired by Emma Talbot’s exhibiton 'Everything is Energy', this workshop invites us to pause, reconnect and replenish.
Through gentle creative activities, storytelling prompts and reflection, we’ll explore care as a living energy, this often invisible, quiet and yet powerful force that sustains families, communities and society overall.
Together, we’ll rest, reflect, and remember our shared vitality and energy that flows through every act of tending and being alive.
No artistic experience needed; materials provided.
