easing of the body through simple xi gong stretches, and gentle guided meditation.

The Well Lane is a lovingly-restored farmhouse in a quiet lane, on the outskirts of Ballybofey. A cosy stove, traditional walls and antique wooden floors combine to create a serene, welcoming space in which to unwind.
