Rest in Awareness, Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra

Join Christina Rodriguez, E-RYT 500, YACEP, for an evening of deep rest as we blend the gentle practices of restorative yoga and yoga nidra. This 90-minute class includes 60 minutes of restorative yoga, where props are used to support and hold the body, promoting profound physical and mental release. We’ll conclude with a 30-minute guided yoga nidra, an ancient meditative practice translated as “dynamic sleep.” This practice cultivates a state of non-doing, allowing us to release deep-seated tension and emerge feeling lighter and deeply nourished.

Investment: $30 and space is limited. Please bring your own mat and a favorite blanket. Additional blocks, bolsters, and blankets are available for your use.
