Join Donna Montross, Holistic Health Coach and Certified Yoga Instructor, in this celebration of good health!
Fall is the perfect time to slow down, get cozy, and prepare some Fire Cider. This traditional herbal tonic is a combination of healing herbs and foods steeped in apple cider vinegar and mixed with honey. Throughout the coming chilly months, Fire Cider warms the body and provides the perfect supplemental support for digestion and the immune system.
In this workshop we will:
• Gather in a seasonal tea circle to get to know one another.
• Move gently through a “Rest and Digest” yoga practice.
• Discuss and learn of the benefits of Fire Cider and its ingredients while you create your own blend to take home.
