We’re @Jenny Mackewn and Caroline Mason—two coaches who know that sometimes the strongest women are the ones who need to press pause the most.
Between us, we’ve spent decades supporting women to find clarity and reconnect with what really matters and to rediscover their aliveness (and a fair few wild swims, muddy hikes, and laughter-filled workshops along the way).
That’s why we’re co-hosting Rest & Rise, a women’s retreat in the wild beauty of Snowdonia at Rhiw Goch Inn this February.
If you’ve been holding up families, teams, and to-do lists, and quietly wondering, “Where’s the space for me in all of this?”— this is your invitation—to the wild beauty of Snowdonia, and a small, supportive group who truly “get it.”
