Experience the soothing power of sound as you immerse in calming vibrations, promoting deep relaxation, balance, and inner peace. Whether you’re new to sound baths or a returning participant, this session offers a space to unwind, release stress, and rejuvenate.
What to Expect:
• A guided sound bath experience with carefully selected sound healing instruments.
• Time to connect with others in a supportive, peaceful environment.
What to Bring:
• Water bottle and an open heart. ♥️
** All props are available including individual exercise mats, yoga mats, eye pillows, pillows and blankets. Feel free to bring additional props!
