We spend so much of our day-to-day lives being of service to others, and pushing aside our own needs… This 90-minute session will provide an open, and supportive space for you to come and restore your own needs.
What to expect: Our practice will start with an opening ceremony to help us land in the space together. Emily will guide you through a nurturing meditation to deepen your connection to self. You will then be guided into some yin yoga, with the option for a more restorative practice through the use of different props and supports. As each posture is held, Emily will offer some gentle adjustments and use calming scents to further assist your body in receiving rest and nourishment. The practice will close in ceremony once again, with herbal tea and the opportunity to share or journal.
