About this Event

Philly Moves Week, supported by The Movement Foundation, brings financially accessible classes to raise awareness for making movement more inclusive for everyone. Join me for this flow for the queer and trans community of color, aimed to help you find rest and peace.

In this class, we will move our bodies together while also taking moments for intentional stillness and meditation. I invite you to come prepared to connect with your body and mind. These classes are tailored to all levels and abilities.

After yoga, there will be a community social with light refreshments!

Cedar Works Community Center is located on 49th & Pentridge, one block away from the 34 trolley and 64 bus. There is also street parking available.
