Rest & Reset: Yin Yoga + Reiki w/ Robyn Faraone

As 2025 draws to an end, this will be a space for you to deeply rest and reset for the new year. Whether you’ve been enjoying the merriment of the season or heaviness from grief (or most commonly the full spectrum), now is the perfect time to ask your body what it truly needs. You may find that what you yearn for the most is rest.

We will create a safely held container where your full being is encouraged to release tension, process emotions, restore homeostasis and simply allow whatever arises in you. I will also offer hands-on reiki while you are in the poses or savasana, based on your full consent and preferences. Props will be provided, and you are encouraged to bring a journal and pen, plus water bottle.
