A slow, meditative practice, Yin Yoga is an invitation to soften and listen to your body. In contrast to faster paced 'Yang' classes, in Yin yoga we slow down, using props for support as we hold floor-based postures for 3-5 minutes. This is a great practice for working on the fascia (connective tissue in the body), aiding recovery and maintaining flexibility as well as deepening your meditation practice, calming body & mind. You'll leave this class feeling peaceful and restored.
